★★★★★ A peaceful quiet environment. We could walk on the farm to get energised after a long travel on the road. The staff was friendly. The food was good. The bathroom a bit cramp. Sound proofing not good as we could hear the people in the neighbouring room. Otherwise a great stay.

The only seating that... Read more

★★★★★ The Vale is a convenient stopover to or from Cape Town with safe parking but the acoustics of the stone cottages are problematic. Our neighbours were talking normally inside their room and we could hear ever word which is not ideal at midnight.
