The place was gorgeous,very tidy and peaceful.Beach was nice and secluded,no speed boats,quads etc, which usually destroy the peacefulness of a place.
we loved it.we have only 1 concern, there are no air cons or fans, it got too hot to bear the 42deg weather.

This is by far the best holiday ever!!!!!
we were welcomed with open arms and antonio and constance made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make it special for us. With out them things wouldn't have gone so smooth. We loved Johny's bakery just up the road with his fresh Portugese rolls every day. It was very save and the whole atmosphere were magical!!!!!!! we loved the privateness of the beach. We will definitely go back again and take our friends with us. Thank you

Welcome to Morrungulo Bay, a beach lodge development situated at Morrungulo located approximately 580 kilometres North of Maputo at Morrungulo Beach, Inhambane Province, Mozambique.
Morrungulo Bay offers fully equipped, fully serviced, secure luxury self-catering beach houses and chalets right on the beachfront. The units are elevated some 20 meters above sea level and enjoy beautiful sea views, balmy evenings and romantic moon rises which are truly spectacular.

Self-catering Beach Chalet (188m2). This lovely unit is a furnished and fully equipped beach chalet offering luxury accommodation with sea views. The unit is only 30m from the beach, just a quick skip down the dune and you are on Morrungulo beach. The chalet has two spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom comprising, Shower, toilet & double vanity basins. The bedrooms open up onto a large sea-facing verandah as does the central living room which links to a large fully equipped open plan kitchen with a lock up store/pantry. These are 4-sleeper units but can be set up to sleep a maximum of 6 Persons.(The set up for six persons is best suited to 2 Adults sharing a room with a child). There is a comprehensive inventory in each unit to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. The chalets are serviced daily by our friendly maid, Constancia.

Self-catering, Beach House (367m2). There are two six bedroom stunning Beach Houses at Morrungulo Bay – maximum 18 sleeper. (1st complete and the 2nd will be ready from mid June 2010).These beautiful beach houses are ideally positioned on the beachfront on the primary dune +- 20 meters above sea level with only the stunning view of the tropical Indian Ocean in front of you. The furnished and fully equipped houses are capable of sleeping eighteen persons and boast four sea facing double rooms opening onto an extensive wrap around verandah and two five sleeper rear bedrooms, great for kids. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and double vanity basins. The central dining room and living area leads into a fully equipped open plan kitchen equipped with a gas stove, deep freeze, refrigerator and microwave oven. The living area opens up onto the expansive sea facing, covered wrap around verandah. These units are positioned on the edge of the dune and have the most fantastic sea views.
