Important Information
a. To confirm a booking we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
b. Reservation is ONLY valid after payment UNLESS PREPAID in full.
c. Kindly note, unless the above terms are met, we reserve the right to release the reservation.
d. In the event of premature departure we charge for full original bookings. In case of a Purchase Order cancellations should be in writing.
e. Cancellation Fee:
• Cancellation before 0-14 days of arrival, or no show visitors forfeits 50% of deposit paid
• Cancellation 15-28 days before date of arrival forfeits 25% of deposit paid
• Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival forfeits 10% of deposit paid
g. These charges still applies for no shows without cancellations.
h. Check in time is 14:00 hrs. and check out is 11.00hrs. In case of late check-out charges will apply.
