The main central residence for vacation is situated in the central part of the property and it has 2 floors. The ground floor of the main residence consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, beautifully decorated dining area, nicely furnished living room and modern guest bathroom. The ground floor of the residence is connected by a spiral staircase to the first floor of the house.

On the first floor of the main residence, there is a spacious master bedroom and a beautiful terrace, equipped with chairs for relaxing and taking in the view of the property, the pool and the endless sea.

Annex House - Sea Side Dream 1 - is located on the left side of the main residence and it consists of a luxuriously decorated bedroom and a bathroom. Along the whole length of the outer wall of this room, the sliding glass doors open and lead onto the terrace where the pool is located.

Annex House - Sea Side Dream 2 - is situated on the right side of the main residence and it has a modern bedroom and a bathroom. As this house overlooks the sea, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands in the distance.
Annex House - Sea Side Dream 3 - is situated at the entrance of the property and it has a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

In the garden of this villa and vacation, there is a large swimming pool (8m x 4m) which offers unforgettable moments of rest and refreshment during your stay. The property of the villa is lined with authentic stone walls, which provide total intimacy, while the terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing.
