The rooms are clean and comfortable but I don't like the curtains I wish they had proper ones

Despite my complaint about no shower gel in the bathroom the last time I stayed here, there was still no shower gel this time. It was only brought on my second day. Also, the area around the bedside table and under the bed is VERY dirty, it seems its never cleaned.Also, the duvet cover and one pillow case had dirt marks at time of check inThe hotel is really ideal but the lack of quality control after cleaning the rooms will surely see this huge potential end up a dump.

This establishment left me shocked as to the standards we have to put up in this country. First of all the price was higher than quoted, then the invoice and receipt made no sense. I had to email 3 times to have it fixed. Yet no reply as to why the increase in price. On arrival the aircon in my room was not working then they were friendly enough to move me to another room, now the shower did not work properly. This morning breakfast in room was served late as the lifts did not work. Shocking!
